You are now a part of the hitman scam “volunteer network” dedicated to investigating murder-for-hire plots in your country and/or location.

What you’ll be doing

You will will have agreed an initial investigation territory and scope and been provided with the data for this scope. Make sure you understand the data.

Make sure you don’t commit to too many cases, it’s better to investigate a handful of cases well, rather than many ineffectively.

The goal of the investigations is to reach a “conclusion” on each case. These are typically:

  • Case is potentially serious and needs investigations prioritised (via law enforcement, journalists or directly)

  • Case can be evidenced as not-serious or actionable

All of the approximately 800 cases need to be concluded.

Keep notes about your research and actions, and report them back as we close off the cases and keep people safe from danger.

Identity

Your identity is fully confidential and details of which will not be centrally logged with the case files. A pseudonym will be assigned, for example noting “Data sent to US state volunteer 5” in the central files.

This ensures that if law enforcement independently investigates any case, they know a volunteer is involved, but not know your identity without having to ask me for it.

Your personal details will not be shared with with law enforcement or other parties without your explicit consent.

Trusted investigators will be additionally invited to support national and international investigation efforts.

Partnerships

Such partnerships can be bespoke based on your organisation. NDA’s can be signed and ways of working agreed.

I also do media collaborations, however I am doing fewer of these post Kill List, and am more focused on investigations.

My relationship with your organisation can presumed to be fully confidentially unless you tell me otherwise.

I am happy to also work at the individual level with people within organisations.
